Abstract

Wales is a small country with its own unique culture. Unfortunately, for a long time the language was being lost to the influence of the British invasion. This in turn began to erase the history of Wales, as pre-invasion it was passed down by oral tradition. Currently, Wales is beginning to make a comeback with both language and tradition thanks to the help of technology spreading cultural awareness. There are now more people learning Welsh than ever thanks to sites like Duolingo, and schools located in and around Wales often require a Welsh language or culture class. Thanks to these efforts, the Welsh culture is no longer in as much danger of being lost to time as it was a century ago.
